Jill Campbell


Jill Campbell -- like most ad copywriters -- has a novel in the top drawer. Unfinished, of course, and excruciatingly, boringly autobiographical. She also has an adjustable-rate mortgage on a split-level in New Canaan, Connecticut (a monthly payment approaching the GNP of some small countries), a surprisingly expensive 14 month-old, a full-time, live-in nanny, and a husband who's an aspiring filmmaker -- i.e., an unemployed, artsy-fartsy dependent. Not that she's bitter.
