He also likes to be entertained when in New York -- which to him means dinners at steak houses that serve Porterhouses the size of 1950's Buicks and front-row tickets to interminable Andrew Lloyd Webber musicals. Now that Jim Hillyer and Cy Lefkowitz are out of the loop, the task falls to Bernadette DaCapo -- who, so far, has successfully dodged Ed Grassley's clumsy passes in back seats of taxicabs driving up Park at midnight.
