Unconfirmed rumours have surfaced that, in the weeks prior to her disappearance, Meg Townsend was being trailed by an unidentified male. In conversations with friends and colleagues of the mysteriously vanished supermodel -- still unheard from after seven long weeks -- it has been learned that a shadowy figure had shown up at the back of at least two runway shows in London, in the crowd at the ribbon cutting opening of an Anson Cosmetics boutique in Knightsbridge, and once outside a photographer's studio in Tottenham Court Road during an Anson Cosmetics shoot. In a LONDON SUN & NEWS OF THE WORLD exclusive, we now reveal that on several occasions, the same man was spotted across the street from an exclusive salon, where Ms. Townsend regularly has her hair dressed. "This guy was definitely stalking her," said Amir Singh-Patel, Ms. Townsend's hairdresser. "He was a major lurker, for about two weeks. But we thought nothing of it -- off the wall types are always getting crushes on girls like Meg, and loitering about. What was weird about this guy, though, was he never got close enough for you to see who he was." Manicurist "Emiko," who works with Mr. Singh-Patel, agreed. "And he was so creepy, always wearing a hat and trench coat or something so your couldn't really make out his face or any details about his body or skin.
